Hebi has registered 319 IT enterprises, and built 674 5G base stations, covering all urban areas above the county level and vertical industries as needed. It has  established the first 5G industrial park in Henan, which has come into operation. Leading enterprises include Chuitian Technology, Shanding Communication, Alibaba  Cloud, and Inspur. Industrial priorities are given to 5G smart phones, chips, connectors, modules, and smart poles, to build a 5G industrial demonstration base in Central  China.

Hebi is one of China's first pilot smart cities, and its AI industry focusing on robots, drones and smart sensors is booming. Key enterprises include  Aisimba and National Optoelectronic Technology. Solid progress has been made in projects such as the National 863 (Hebi) Science and Technology  Innovation Park, the Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park, the Intelligent Emergency Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park and the DeepBlue Artificial  Intelligence Ecological Industrial Park. Industrial priorities are given to intelligent chips, intelligent robots, and intelligent transportation products. We are  expanding the "Smart+" application field and striving to create a model city integrating AI technology R&D, commercialization and promotion.

Big data

JD Cloud (Hebi) Digital Economy Industrial Park

Hebi is a promoter of the geospatial framework of digital cities. It has taken the lead in Henan to achieve all-optical network and has built a  provincial-level big data industrial park. A total of 299 enterprises in the new economy industry have settled here, including well-known enterprises and  research institutes such as JD.com, Huawei, Alibaba, Qihoo 360, Lenovo, Inspur, Tencent and China Academy of Information and Communications  Technology. Among them, 140 enterprises have moved in JD (Hebi) Digital Economy Industrial Park and 72 ones in the Alibaba Cloud Innovation  Center (Hebi). Both Huawei Laboratories in Henan are located in Hebi. Hebi has been approved to launch China's first pilot comprehensive reform of  digital village standardization and to implement the standardized social security prevention and control system. Relying on the Agricultural Silicon Valley,  we are building a national agricultural big data center and striving to participate in the big data industry as a high-tech business incubator, a strategic  emerging industry accelerator and a SME headquarters base.

Geographic information and remote sensing

The Chinese Society for Geodesy, Photogrammetry and Cartography (CSGPC) and PIESAT have jointly built China's first pilot area for integrated application of  geospatial information and 5G in Hebi to form the information and remote sensing industrial ecology. The PIESAT Central China Headquarters has started operation. It  plans to build satellite buildings, satellite data center, operation center, remote sensing and geographical information education and training base to cover the full  industrial chain from information acquisition, processing, integrated application, to software R&D and system integration. It will build a national smart city spatio-temporal  big data platform and promote the "Beidou + 5G" application.

Cyber security and commercial cryptography

Hebi will use cryptography to increase enterprises' core product competitiveness and added value. To promote the agglomeration of cryptographic industry, Hebi is  planning to build a commercial cryptography industry park. Hebi has also sped up the construction of Hebi 360 cyber security collaborative innovation industrial base,  Lenovo Hyperconverged intelligent IoT industrial base, intelligent IoT sensor device sub-assembly line and IoT system, Xinchuang (innovation in information technology  application) product sub-assembly line, industrial safety equipment sub-assembly line, and application platform. Hebi will strive to introduce leading companies and key  projects such as Loongson Technology and Institute 706, the Second Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corp., accelerate the construction of the  commercial cryptography park, expand the application of commercial cryptography achievements in the whole city and all scenarios, and make every effort to build a  smart city and a commercial cryptography application demonstration city, such as the IoT and Industrial Internet.
